METEOR PLAN TRANSLATIONS, PART TWO

Years ago i put up the translation for the First Part of Meteor Plan, but then got too lazy to actually put up the second part. The wonderful nekovale came to the rescue and translated part 2 from Italian to English, so with her permission I'm putting these ups for people who might be interested. Enjoy!
